To ease compliance with GDPR, we host our cloud application on dedicated servers in a ISO 27001 accredited data-centre located in the Republic of Ireland.

We do not use AWS, Azure or Google. Our servers are hosted in a privatly-owned data-center.

We have security implemented at various levels:

• Application and databases are hosted on separate servers;
• Clients are managed in isolation both at application and at database levels; 
• We use TLS 1.2 to encrypt the traffic between your browser and the Bizoneo control panel;
• The data are stored on encrypted hard-drives;
• We have firewalls in place; 
• We patch our servers following the recommendations of our operating sytem, database and application providers;
• We perform a minimum of one daily back-ups of our servers and of the data;
• We test the back-ups regularly;
• We train our staff on a regular basis;

Once you come on-board, we'll issue a data-processor agreement with your organisation that includes further information.

In our entry-level offer, we back-up databases once a day in an encrypted format. Backups are stored off-site and kept for a set period of time.

To ensure they can be restored, backups are randomly tested at regular intervals.

We also store daily server snapshots.

We can also tailor backups to your specific needs.

When you need your database restored to a previous value, a fee is applied to make up for the time our database administrators will spend on the task. It includes getting the database from the off-site location, restoring it to the relevant customer database and running tests to ensure it performs properly.

Bizoneo servers

We run servers dedicated to our clients. Bizoneo neither operate nor offer shared hosting platforms nor give ftp access to Bizoneo clients.

Our servers are located in secure data-centers in Ireland. Applications and databases are located on different servers, themselves on different locations.

Built-in security

The Bizoneo system has several levels of security and audit-trails built-in.

Each Bizoneo client can assign different security rights to individual users based on groups.

Upon client sign-up, a more comprehensive document is issued to our clients.
